Interstate 15 extends through the eastern portion of Juab County. It is a major artery running between various major destinations in the western United States, including Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. A number of service stations and repair shops along the freeway provide support to the trucking industry and to travelers.

Railroad tracks also run through the eastern portion of the county and service heavy freight operations.

Nephi Municipal Airport is a public facility providing a runway, hanger and 24-hour fuel.

 High speed internet is available in Nephi and some outlying areas from a number of providers including Qwest and Comcast.

Standard electrical service, telephone, natural gas and other utilities are available in Nephi and many outlying areas.
